Who We Are
Mobilizing women for the work of God
The Ghana Methodist Women’s Fellowship is a vibrant ministry within the church dedicated to mobilizing women for the work of God. The Fellowship has played a significant role in the growth and impact of the Methodist Church Ghana, particularly in the areas of health, education, social welfare, and gender and family life. Through prayer, service, and fellowship, the organization continues to empower women to contribute meaningfully to the mission of the Church.
The Women’s Fellowship takes an active role in the life of the church. Members meet every Saturday, reflecting Christ’s love through service both within the church and in the wider community.
To unite Christian women of the Connexion in fellowship with one another and with Jesus Christ, so that the spiritual life of each member may be enriched and that all, working together, will joyfully give the fullest support to the Church of Christ.
Members of the Women’s Fellowship commit themselves to:
- Obey Jesus Christ
- Make their homes Christian homes
- Be loyal to the Fellowship
- Take part in some definite Christian service
